EBClub 50 Voices of Employer Brand: grid of 50 headshots celebrating employer branding and talent acquisition professionals
A massive thank you to the fifty employer branding, talent acquisition and comms professionals who gave their time to build the EBClub community.

The EBClub 50 Voices of Employer Brand

In partnership with EBN, EBClub founder Steve Ward names the fifty employer brand, TA and comms professionals who gave their time to the community's events across Europe over the past two years. The list runs alphabetically. It is not a ranking.

Lists like this are usually well meaning and fairly disingenuous: tech companies chasing favour, building influence, selling a product. Everyone in this industry has seen the pattern.

This one is built differently. It recognises people who gave something back to their professional community, rather than people a sponsor wanted in front of an audience.

We keep tracking to a minimum. The video is hosted on YouTube, which may place cookies that measure viewing and personalize content. We only load the player after you consent to these cookies. You can update your cookie settings any time.

These are the professionals who, across EBClub events in Europe over the past couple of years, stepped up (sometimes out of their comfort zone) to share, host, discuss or walk an audience through an idea. Others supported and amplified the community's work without ever taking a stage. Across employer brand, talent acquisition, people and comms, EBClub says their generosity deserves as much recognition as their skill.

In alphabetical order, these are the fifty.

Thank you and congratulations to all fifty. There could be another fifty named from the four years before this list, and Steve Ward says there will be another fifty within the next twelve months.

That, EBClub argues, is the point: generosity, an audience of sharp questions, and a community that keeps raising the bar on its own practice.

EBClub's events continue across Europe through the rest of 2026. Practitioners can join EBClub free.

Takeaways

What is EBClub's 50 Voices of Employer Brand list?

It's a list of fifty employer brand, talent acquisition and comms professionals recognised by EBClub, the European employer branding community founded by Steve Ward, for speaking at, hosting or supporting EBClub events over roughly the past two years.

Is the EBClub 50 Voices list ranked?

No. EBClub publishes the fifty names in alphabetical order and says explicitly that it is not a ranking. The criterion is community contribution, not seniority or company size.

How were the 50 Voices chosen?

Steve Ward selected professionals who gave time back to EBClub's community, whether by speaking on a panel, hosting a fireside chat, chairing an event or otherwise supporting and amplifying the community's work across European events.

Which companies are represented on EBClub's 50 Voices list?

The list spans employers including Zalando, Microsoft, BT, Sainsbury's, HMRC, AstraZeneca, Maersk, Capgemini, Coca-Cola, Booking.com and Datadog, among others, across employer brand, TA and people and comms roles.

Who founded EBClub?

Steve Ward founded and hosts EBClub, describing it as Europe's employer branding community. EBClub is now global and operates in partnership with Employer Branding News (EBN).

How can I join EBClub or attend an event?

Practitioners can join EBClub free through the community's sign-up page, which lists upcoming events.

Will there be another EBClub 50 Voices list?

Steve Ward says EBClub expects to name another fifty voices within the next twelve months, continuing what is intended as an annual recognition.
